Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) Have Published a notification for the recruitment of 112 Customer Agent & Junior Customer Agent recruitment. AIATSL will employ these recruitment on fixed term contract basis. Therefore applicants those who have graduation in any discipline/faculty from recognized university and HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/ faculty from any recognized board can attend for walk in interview. Name of the Post: Customer Agent & Junior Customer Agent
General: Applicant’s age should be above 30 years (born between 02.12.1986 and 01.12.1998)
SC/ST: Applicant’s age should be above 35 years (born between 02.12.1981 and 01.12.1998).
OBC: Applicant’s age should be above 33 years (born between 02.12.1983 and 01.12.1998)
Note: age relaxation would be applicable to all reserved category candidates are per the rules.
Required Education for Air India AIATSL Recruitment 2016 for 112 Agent recruitment:
Customer Agent: Candidates must have graduation in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years duration) from any recognized University. Applicants must have knowledge of basic computer operations.
Junior Customer Agent: applicants must have HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/ faculty from any recognized board/ university with knowledge of basic computer operations with relevant experience.
Language Proficiency: applicants should be conversant in English. Knowledge of local and Hindi languages i.e. applicants must have ability to understand and speak is desirable.
Selection Process: aspirants will be selected based on the screening process and group discussion.
Application Fee: aspirants have to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- through demand draft. DD must be drawn in favor of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.”, payable at Mumbai.
Remuneration: selected applicants will be given a salary of 14100/- per month.
Procedure To apply for These recruitment: all intrested candidates can walk in with an application form in a prescribed format by affixing recent colored passport size photograph (not more than 3 months old) of the full face (front view). While coming to the interview candidates have to carry all self-attested copies of all applicable certificates, experience in originals and photocopies on 16th December 2016 from 09.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs.
